Space Plate

Based on class project for Game Development and Design 4: 3d Platformer

Space Plate: 3D platformer demo to learn about food groups and creating a balanced plate. Two levels included:

• Sample single food group level. Collect items that belong in a specific food group and avoid those that are from another category.
• Sample Final Challenge level. Collect exactly one item from each food group to make your balanced plate! Don't grab too much of anything or get tempted by treats!

Major Mods:

1.  Re-skinned pickups to match new theme (learning healthy eating)
2.  Created concept of goal pickup types that vary by level and exact number needed
3. Created scripts to manage new goal and error pickups (and modified Game Manager)
4. Created scripts to display goal and error pickups
5. Created demo level to showcase learning an individual food group and testing that knowledge in a final challenge level
